Good news! There are some things you can do to prevent Arthritis.
1) You can do Joint Rotations EVERYDAY in the Morning and nights. Do 10-15 circles in each direction. For the Elbow Circles, keep flexing and extending your elbow and roll your shoulders at the same time.
