  1. Eat Mono-saturated fat: Avocados, Walnuts, Almonds, First Cold Pressed Olive, Sunflower, Safflower Oils.

Spring has Sprung!

I hope everyone is refocusing on getting back in balance. It is going to be great outdoor season and it would be a shame for anyone who is depressed to not be able to make it outside enough.
